The Sigma offers a more comfortable feel with a new, more ergonomic handle. You can feel the difference at full draw, allowing you to be relaxed and confident. The Sigma puts your fingers in optimal performance positions – we call this “finger ergonomics.” Ultimately, the proof is on the podium.
Shoot finger releases for over 20yrs and made the switch to a thumb release. Wish I made the switch way sooner. More accurate better groups and better anchor point. Now to learn with a tension release. Thank you #ScottArchery
I have been using the Sigma for 3 years and absolutely love it. So much that I purchased another one for when I travel.
Great release, but the hook can be difficult to load on the string and the hook is aggressive in general, wearing out your d-loop pretty quick. Exited to give the Apex a try for these two issues.
I love this release! Some friends of mine recommended I get it. I wont lie I was a little iffy about it at first. I heard it made a loud click at release and it was at times hard to get it on the d loop. Well after using it for awhile I figured out how to get it clipped to my d loop super quick using my middle finger. When it comes to the loud click I honestly don't think its a big thing at all. My bow going off is way louder than that. There are tons of adjustments on it to get it set up the way you like it. I have seen my groups and accuracy improve big time with this release. Its also super comfortable in the hand. I'm looking forward to hunting with it this season.
Comfortable and smooth. Shoot great groups. Could not give 5 stars for 2 reasons...
1) Can be difficult to load on the string, especially if wearing gloves in cold weather.
2) Can be a bit loud if you are hunting Whitetail Deer that are quick to react to string noise
