Non-Warranty Repair Request

Please review the steps below to get your release repaired.

  1. Fill out our Non-Warranty Request Form (shown below).
  1. You will be directed to place a $20 repair order. This step issues your RMA number (example SC1234).

Please ensure that you WRITE THIS RMA NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR BOX WHEN YOU SHIP YOUR RELEASE TO US. Do not send your release without an RMA number.

 

Please note, the following releases are beyond their expected life and are no longer able to be repaired:

  • Releases made in 1982-2014 we are no longer able to service

  • Babyhorn
  • Anchor
  • Backspin
  • Focus
  • Halo
  • Silverhorn
  • Exxus (all models)
  • Wolverine
  • Wildcat (original)
  • Wolf
  • Sabertooth
  • Blackhole
  • Longhorn Pro
  • Long Horn 3
  • Longhorn 4
  • Megahorn
  • Blackhole
  • Blackhole Mini
  • Cabela's Dynomite, Thumb Trigger
  • Longhorn IV RED
These products are all considered to be beyond their useful life. These products no longer fall under guaranteed repair or replace. If these items are shipped into our facility the item will be returned to you at your cost - or the label purchased will be used to ship the un-warrantable product back to you. If you have one of these releases, we suggest reviewing our current product offerings to find a modern release that fits you.
