I have alway been a little weary of the hand release. I have very large hands. And this feel very comfortable and three finger setup is great. I love Scott’s products.
My favorite hunting thumb button I have used. Leave the wrist strap around my bow riser during deer season. Only release you’ll need.
I have shot a couple different Scott releases over the years from some index style. The past several years I struggled with target panic jump on the boat and shot the longhorn hinge. Got use to shooting it. I am currently shooting the pursuit. I am enjoying the crisp trigger on this. For me I turned the travel screw all the way till the release fired and backed off 1 turn and that is just right. I will say this is hands down my favorite release.
I have shot this release for two years, on many different hunts for many different species. Put tons of arrows through it and it is still holding strong as well as still being as smooth as it was coming out of the box!!
I’ve shot this release for three years in every kind of hunting situation and it’s still going strong. I’ve shot thousands of arrows with my Scott Pursuit and all the tolerances are still tight and it functions fantastic.
